In this project, I transformed the traditional concept of a vase using Houdini to create a model, which was then divided, 3D-printed, and reassembled using the kintsugi method. Real-time animation projection onto the restored vase creates a unique effect of synergy and depth.
The project "Integral Form v1.0" explores themes of integrity and restoration through the fusion of digital art and craftsmanship. Kintsugi emphasizes the uniqueness and beauty of cracks, turning them into central design elements. The animation on the vase's surface symbolizes constant movement and transformation, reflecting the idea of living energy and evolution.
This project combines traditional craft techniques with modern digital technologies, creating a dialogue between the past and the future, the static and the dynamic, the material and the virtual.
